Shawano Medical Center's programs to help cardiovascular and pulmonary patients recover more quickly have earned national recognition. The American Association of Cardiovascular Pulmonary Rehabilitation accredited Shawano Medical Center's cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. NEWisconsin MRI Center was awarded a three-year term of accreditation in magnetic resonance imaging from the American College of Radiology. The St. Vincent Hospital Laboratory in Green Bay received accreditation from the College of American Pathologists. Truven Health Analytics has named Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay as one of the nation's top 50 cardiovascular hospitals. This is the third time the hospital has received this honor. Aurora BayCare also received the American College of Cardiology Foundation's NCDR ACTION Registry– GWTG Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2012.
