Otto Bytof, past president and founder of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, received the 2012 Wisconsin Realtor Association Lifetime Achievement Award. Choice Bank added Patti Probst as controller, Janelle Donaldson as vice president— deposit operations and Terri Abraham as assistant vice president – loan operations. Probst has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry, Donaldson has more than 20 years of banking experience and Abraham has 30 years of banking experience. Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin recently made several new leadership team promotions. Jackie Draws has been promoted from chief financial officer to senior vice president of operations. George Burns was promoted from director of environmental services to vice president of facilities. Nancy Heykes was promoted from director of development to vice president of development. Probst Donaldson Billie Jo Higgins was promoted from director of finance to vice president of finance. Pilar McDermott was promoted from customer satisfaction leader to vice president of marketing. Ahern Operations Group promoted Jeremy Brunhoefer to director of safety. He previously was divisional safety manager for the Fond du Lac company. Brunhoefer has been with Ahern since 2005 and holds several industry accreditations. Amanda Hatch is the new coordinator of the Rural Health Initiative in Outagamie County. The Rural Health Initiative, which was started in Shawano County in 2003 and expanded to Outagamie and Waupaca counties earlier this year, brings health care to the farm as nurses meet one-on-one with farm families. She has degrees in nursing and education. Associated Bank in Green Bay promoted Dan Marbes to vice president, lead system engineer and hired Bob Kapla as vice president, business solutions manager and Howard Zahork as vice president, senior business system analyst. Associated Bank also announced the appointment of six community and civic leaders to its Fox Valley advisory Abraham Draws board. The newly-formed, customer-focused advisory board is charged with representing Associated Bank in the business community and assisting the bank in its efforts to grow its market share in the Fox Valley Region. Board members are Karen Fredrick, director of operations for West Side Tire and Auto of Oshkosh and Ripon; Kurt Gruett, president and owner of Water-Right, Inc. of Appleton; John Pfefferle, CEO of Pfefferle Companies, Inc. of Appleton and affiliate of Grubb & Ellis; Steve Sakai, president of CMD Corp. of Appleton; Marc Snyder, vice president of finance of Bergstrom Corp. of Neenah; and Wayne Stellmacher, president of Keller, Inc. of Kaukauna. Physical therapist David Reybrock joined Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and is seeing patients at the Waupaca and Appleton offices. Jennifer Younk left her position as sales manager for Prevea Health & Wellness for a new position as account executive with M3 Insurance. Stephanie Gerbers of Prevea will move into the new role of health & wellness sales representative.
