At Ariens in Brillion, December is a time executives look forward to serving the employees as a way to say thanks for serving the company. Once a year, Chairman Michael Ariens rolls up his sleeves to serve the traditional on-site holiday dinner featuring ham, chicken and a feast of sides and desserts. "It's a Christmas dinner that has been part of the Ariens culture for many years," says Ann Stilp, corporate communications manager.
