UW-Oshkosh, Horizon Village Residence Hall A first-of-its-kind project on the UW-Oshkosh campus focused on an eco-friendly, green building. horizon Village is a $26 million, 164,826-square-foot five-story, suite- style residence hall built by Miron Construction of neenah. Features include geothermal ground-source heat pumps and hot water production, along with the reuse of salvaged material from the demolition of a former residence hall. since last fall, 340 students have been calling horizon home. Woodside Senior Communities, Green Bay growing in one location for more than 40 years, the latest work by hoffman Planning, Design and Construction of Appleton, will take Woodside senior Communities through the next 20 years. e two- phase, $15 million project includes construction of a new 41,500-square- foot memory care unit on its green Bay campus, along with remodeling the current facility, with work to be wrapped up by fall. e second phase focuses on renovations to a rehab center, and building a new entrance with a completion date of fall 2015. Plexus Manufacturing Solutions, Neenah is new commercial building is the largest construction project in neenah's history and consolidates three Plexus production facilities into one. e 473,000-square-foot Plexus consolidated three plants into one with its new 473,000-square-foot facility, the largest project of its kind in Neenah.
