Family owned and managed businesses with at least
one location in one of the 18 Wisconsin Counties
defined as "The New North"
Family businesses with a success story in sales,
innovation, economic impact, profits, employment, and
those that have built a reputation for being a good
place to work
Family members are actively involved in the business
The family business has a history of giving back to the
community or communities in which it operates
