Dr. John Toussaint, CEO of the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value, wrote "Management, Leadership and Board Roadmap to Transforming Care of Patients" in a recent edition of Frontiers of Health Services, a publication of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Hilary Bauer joined the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers as the marketing coordinator. A graduate of UW-Oshkosh, she completed internships with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and the Milwaukee Brewers. Steve Christoferson was recently promoted to vice president of manufacturing at Hatco Corporation in Sturgeon Bay. He has been with the company for 28 years. BMO Harris Bank recently made several additions to its Green Bay team: Jordan Sullivan and Eric Lempke as assistant vice president-portfolio managers; Matt Nolan as assistant vice president; and Ben Soodsma as an analyst. William E. Jackson is the new vice president and chief technology officer with Bemis Company Inc. in Neenah. He will oversee the company's research and development capabilities. Jackson previously was vice president of global research and development with Dow Building and Construction. New North, Inc., announced the appointment of three new leaders to its board of directors for 2013: Ashok Rai, MD, president and CEO of Prevea Health; Paul Verbeten, president of Perfecseal, a division of Bemis; and David J. Ward, president and founder of NorthStar Economics, and the author of the initial study that was the basis for New North more than a decade ago. The three new appointees will serve terms on New North's Board of Directors until 2016. Candy Conard, a trainer with NEW Partnership, was elected as the new chair of the Marion House board of directors. Marion House of Green Bay is a non-profit group home and transitional living apartment building that provides services to pregnant and parenting young mothers ages 15 to 21.
