in foc us on the move Munson Butters Bedor Hirvela Reinke Jones Moore Behnke {people} Community Care, Inc. named Kenneth Munson, a former regional director of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, as CEO of Community Care. Todd Butters is now plant manager at Amerequip's Plant 3 in Kiel. Butters has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience. First National Bank-Fox Valley announced the promotion of Karri Bedor as vice president and chief marketing officer. Bedor has been with the bank for the past seven years, overseeing mortgage sales and operations. The bank also added Eben Johnson as commercial banking officer. The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau named Mary Hirvela as its new marketing communications manager. She has been in the hospitality marketing and sales fields for more than eight years. After nearly 40 years of service to The Stephenson National Bank & Trust, President John Reinke is retiring. Reinke joined SNBT as a consumer loan officer before moving into the bank's commercial lending department. During that time, the bank grew from assets of about $25 million to more than $750 million. He will be succeeded by Daniel J. Peterson, current SNBT executive vice president. Additionally, Mary Staudenmaier, the bank's chairman of the board, was recently inducted into the Wisconsin Bankers Association's 50 Year Club. Debbie Frederiksen, mortgage leader at the Marinette branch, and Christine Nelson, HR and operations assistant, received The Stephenson National Bank & Trust Award of Excellence. 44 | Insight • J u n e 2 013 Legato Healthcare Marketing expanded its team to include Lynn Jones as the new director of client services. Jones joins Legato from Imaginasium in Green Bay, where she was account director for the advertising agency and general manager for its interactive media division. Women in Management-Fox Cities Chapter named Sandi Moore as its 2013 Fox Cities Woman Leader of the Year. Moore is a student services counselor and has been the coordinator of the Wo/Men's Educational Bureau at Fox Valley Technical College since 2000. Rob Behnke, truck driving instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, was elected president of the National Association of Publicly Funded Truck Driving Schools. The association was founded in 1990 to provide a membership network for transportation educators. Chris Czarnik and Christopher Jossart, both of Fox Valley Technical College, co-wrote "The Human Search Engine: It's what you think you know about a job search that keeps you unemployed," a guide to landing a new career through connecting job seekers to employers. The Board of Directors of AZCO Inc. announced the promotion of John P. Trottier to president and CEO. Trottier served as executive vice president for the past 14 years, and has 32 years of experience in power generation, metal casting, pulp and paper and heavy industrial projects. Additionally, Robert Brockington was promoted to vice president of estimating and will oversee the field and fabrication estimates. Brockington has been with the company for 12 years. American Digital Cartography, Inc. welcomed Bruce Siebers as its director of sales and marketing. Siebers will be responsible for developing, managing and guiding all sales and marketing strategies and activities for ADCi and ADC WorldMap products and services. He will also develop and implement all communication and PR strategies and tactics for the company. Mike Banaszynski joined Fox Communities Credit Union as a mortgage loan officer. Dave Meyerhofer of Kobussen Trailways in Kaukauna received the 2013 UMA Maintenance Competition Award. Dan Walsdorf of Advanced Custom Geothermal in Kiel was elected to the board of the Wisconsin Geothermal Association. Ed Svojse is the new director of consulting services for the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience. Linda Garvey is the area director of sales and marketing at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton. She comes to the Paper Valley from Tharaldson Lodging, a Fargo, N.D.-based hotel franchise company. Laura Berchem joined RLO Sign in Sheboygan as an outside project manager. Clarity Care recently promoted Jeff Stark to vice president of facilities and procurement; Heather Hamann to director of accounting; and Mary Kummerow Johnson to director of marketing and fund development.
