Joseph Scala is the new OEM sales manager with Alwin Manufacturing in Green Bay. Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust in Marinette recently promoted Thomas Maxwell to senior vice president. First Business Bank in Appleton added Mike Kern as vice president-portfolio manager.
