He succeeds Bill Goodman, who will retire later this year. A certified public accountant, Barber has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Schenck also added Paul Rozek as associate director of risk services, and Mike Kuechler, Todd Mueller and Mark Spaeth to its board of directors. Current, the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce's young professional group, selected Tracy Valenta, a water resource specialist with the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District, as its Young Professional of the Year. Current also named Tim and Gretchen Gilbertson of Séura Inc. (see our November 2012 cover story on Séura) as its young entrepreneurs of the year. ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value CEO Dr. John Toussaint co-authored "The Promise of Lean in Healthcare," an article published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings. The article highlights the importance of lean for the health care industry, as well as the positive results achieved by leaders in the Healthcare Value Network, the center's peer-to-peer learning group. Toussaint wrote the article with Dr. Leonard Berry from Texas A&M University. Terry Stebor joined Robert E. Lee & Associates Inc. as water/ wastewater section manager. He has more than 38 years of experience working on water and wastewater projects for both municipal and industrial clients. Dr. Susan May, president of Fox Valley Technical College, was named the 2013 Career and Technical Educator in Residence at the University of 44 | Insight • M a y 2 013 Wisconsin-Stout. May received her bachelor's degree in home economics education and master's degree in vocational education administration from UW-Stout. Wisconsin Fox Valley Sheet Metal Contractors Association announced its new officers: president – Roy Jacobsen of Great Lake Mechanical Inc. of Greenville; vice president – Carven Blanck of Muza Sheet Metal Company in Oshkosh; secretary/treasurer – Kim Bassett-Heitzmann of Bassett Mechanical in Kaukauna; and executive vice president – Jeffrey R. Gaecke. Board members are Brad Hurckman of Hurckman Mechanical Ind. Inc. in Green Bay and Brad Baumgart of Baumgart Mechanical Inc. in Kaukauna. Wenda Roycraft, senior vice president of First National Bank Fox Valley, was elected to the board of directors for the Wisconsin Business Development Finance Corp. Bill Hodgkiss was named president and CEO of The Business Bank and its parent company, Fox River Valley Bancorp Inc. He has been with the bank since November 2011. Excel Engineering in Fond du Lac recently announced several promotions. In the agricultural food division, James Krizenesky was promoted to principal; Christopher Guenther was promoted to project designer; Daniel St. Louis was promoted to designer; and Christopher O'Connor was promoted to senior technician. In the commercial architectural division, Jeffrey Liebergen was promoted to project designer and Alex Fiebig was promoted to designer. In the structural engineering division, Kurt Konkol was promoted to senior project manager and Kevin Clinard was promoted to senior engineer. In the light gauge division, Jamie John was promoted to designer. In the MEP division, Adam Gronert was promoted to senior engineer and Matthew Gross was promoted to senior technician. In the civil engineering division, Eric Drazkowski was promoted to senior engineer, Scott Roltgen was promoted to project designer and Kevin Buechel was promoted to senior technician. Tory Nett, branch manager of Citizens Bank in Hilbert, earned the company's business banking certificate, which requires successful completion of a series of educational classes and handson training while working with business owners. TIDI Products LLC of Neenah added Brian Wilt as vice president of innovation and product development and William Sever as vice president and general manager of the medical alternate site and dental business units. Wilt has experience in the dental and surgical industries and Sever brings leadership experience from various B2B and B2C sales, marketing and innovation roles at consumer packaged goods marketing and consulting companies. TIDI also added Mary Longlais as the product manager of dental products and promoted Denise Sitzberger to product manager of medical alternate sites. Nicole Wolf was promoted to product manager of acute care in the company's marketing department.
