Van Zeeland is the president of Van Zeeland Oil Company in the Fox Valley region. e company operates 12 convenience stores, five auto-care centers and provides wholesale fuel sales, serving customers from Green Bay to Oshkosh. Frontier Builders & Consultants of Kaukauna hired Dennis Cutbank to its steel erection team. Coldwell Banker e Real Estate Group announced several new agents and employees: Scott Niven, Manitowoc; Susan Zolkowski, Ballard office, Appleton; Sandy Nett and Kara Mathison, Lynndale office, Appleton; and Debra Jaeckels and Chasidy Arkell, John St. office, Appleton. e Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce announced several staff additions and a promotion: Lori Kerwin returns to the chamber as member services manager; Bailey Dolson was promoted to creative services manager; Tammy Graf was hired as workforce development manager; and Jane Brill has been appointed as the marketing and program director. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin added Traci Hutchcraft and Gerald Henley to its board of directors. Hutchcra is a long-term support case manager with Shawano County Human Services.
