Ridgestone Bank announced the addition of Dylan Esterling to its SBA and USDA Commercial Lending Team as a vice president for commercial lending with an emphasis on the greater Appleton market. Ridgestone Bank's Fox Valley loan production office is located at 3051 Progress Way in Kaukauna. Element, a strategic marketing firm based in De Pere, announced the expansion of its public relations service and the addition of Tara Brzozowski as director of public relations. In this newly created role, Brzozowski will lead integrated communications campaigns for Element and its clients. Insight Creative, Inc. hired Andy VanRemortel as media director and promoted three existing employees to new positions.
