Prior to joining Faith Technologies, Weller spent 35 years leading large industrial businesses such as Miller Electric and ITW Welding. He serves on the board of directors for several organizations, including Great Northern Corporation, the Ariens Company and the Green Bay Packers. e company also appointed several new members to its leadership team: David Jahner, president of critical technologies, which includes the mission critical, wireless/telecommunications and specialty systems groups; Heath Luedtke, vice president of mission critical unit with a niche focus on data center construction and renovation; and Jason Spang, group manager of specialty systems, which provides overall management for electrical and specialty systems construction projects and overseeing personnel. New North Inc. named Andrew Leavitt, Gary Miller and Paul Mueller to its board of directors. Leavitt is the 11th chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and previously served as vice president for university advancement at the University of North Georgia and co-chaired the university's strategic plan steering committee; Miller is the sixth chancellor of the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay, and previously was the chancellor of the University of North Carolina Wilmington; and Mueller is the chief information officer at rivent Financial and is involved with the regional IT Talent Initiative. Investors Community Bank of Manitowoc announced several promotions: Brian Hoskens and Chris Schneider, from agricultural banking officer to vice president–agricultural banking; Dave Diedrich and Mark Maurer, from senior business banking officer to vice president– business banking; Scott Schroeter, from credit manager– ag banking to portfolio manager– ag banking; Liz Kenneke, from credit analyst–ag banking to portfolio manager–ag banking; Peter Schroeder, from customer service associate to personal banker; and Lisa Gilmore, named customer service associate along with her duties as interior building caretaker. First National Bank-Fox Valley hired Michael Sullivan as the senior vice president of operations, responsible for overseeing commercial, mortgage and deposit operations staff who will be based out of the corporate Neenah location. e bank also promoted Josh Gitter to senior credit analyst. Somerville, Inc., a full-service architecture and engineering firm, announced the addition of Matt Wickstrom, a designer of mechanical engineering systems, and Jason Hale, a project architect. Fox Valley Voices of Men, a nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault, hired Shannon Kenevan as its community engagement leader, charged with increasing the group's presence through outreach, education and training. A co-founder of Goodwill NCW's Harmony Café, Kenevan will maintain his position as the Goodwill NCW diversity and inclusion leader on a part-time basis. Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. promoted David Vander Zanden and Karl Keas. Vander Zanden was promoted to executive vice president. Keas takes on the role of vice president and general manager of the Paint Division. Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. announced the addition of Kari Seefeldt and Courtney Kuenzl to its team. Systems Furniture, Inc., of De Pere, announced Patrick Jacklin as an account manager.
