Tilque works with Northeast Wisconsin businesses to help them with their banking needs and joined Associated from Wells Fargo. Alexander previously was a vice president with Associated Bank. Network Health promoted David Bloedorn to vice president of information systems. In his new role, he provides vision and Tilque Alexander leadership in the development and implementation of the Menasha insurance company���s IT plan. Jessica Syring joined Fox Valley CPAs in Appleton as a staff accountant. She has more than five years of accounting experience and will provide accounting support to clients, including payroll management, tax use and preparation and financial statement reporting. Jennifer Younk joined M3 Insurance in Green Bay as a business development executive focusing on employee benefits. She most recently served as the health and wellness sales manager at Prevea Health in Green Bay. Brenda Georgenson, director of quality management of Felican Village in Manitowoc, completed the requirements to be named an ASQ-certified manager of quality/ organizational excellence. Christina FitzGerald, business development and marketing manager of Baisch Engineering in Kaukauna, was elected to serve on the board of directors for The Society for Marketing Professional Services of Wisconsin as the SMPS Awards Director. Rich Batley, president of RB Hospitality, recently received several awards. He was recognized A R E YO U I N ? Bloedorn Syring as franchisee of the month in Nation���s Restaurant Business Magazine in August for his work with the Ground Round franchise. He also received the heroic hospitality stars award for voting member of the year at the Best Western Global Conference and North American Convention, which recognizes owners who go above and beyond to live the Best Western vision of providing superior customer care. He owns Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Neenah. The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau named Jennifer Hecht as its new group sales manager and Kelly Hekler as sales manager in the bureau���s convention sales department. Hecht focuses on selling the area as a destination for conventions, conferences and reunions in the military and religious meetings market, while Hekler works in the large convention, association and government markets. Sherry Lynch, executive director for Anesthesia and Pain Management Services of the Fox Valley, earned fellow status from the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
