We wanted to stay downtown. ere's an energy down there and there's just a natural synergy about being in that area." e building, owned by Titletown Brewing Co., and under renovation by SMET Construction, was "two or three years from the wrecking ball and we're really making it into a destination, a trendy place for downtown Green Bay," says Jim Kratowicz, chief operating officer for Titletown Brewing Co. "It just seems like a natural fit for a creative advertising agency. It's the kind of vibe and tone we're trying to set." If you want your business to join the trendiness, you'll have to move fast. Of the original 60,000 square feet of space, Titletown only has 1,200 square feet le. "We are probably two-and-a-half years ahead of schedule as far as filling up the building," Kratowicz says. Businesses such as Khrome are key to maintaining the momentum of downtown revitalization, he says. "I think it's important to keep the intellectual brain power down here, especially creative brain power," Kratowicz says. "I'm one that really believes that a vibrant downtown leads to other developments throughout the area." Rivett says his objective is providing high-end creative services to businesses and organizations of all sizes. "We always want to achieve results for our business customers, and do it within their realm of comfort," Rivett says. "We also want to stand out and get noticed, and have success in our business through the work that we do."
