Finco is the first woman to receive the award, which recognizes people and organizations in Brown County that exemplify the American free enterprise system. Aer spending more than 15 years as an award- winning broadcast journalist, including time at WBAY-TV and WFRV-TV in Green Bay, Finco co- founded Leonard & Finco Public Relations, Inc. in 1992 with Charlie Leonard. When Leonard retired, Finco became the sole owner and president. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Finco has long been active in the community, serving on numerous nonprofit and corporate boards as well as serving on dozens of fundraising campaigns. Finco founded A Pair & A Spare: e Undercover Challenge aer learning new socks and underwear were among the most requested clothing items at thri stores. Chris Herzog, project development at A.C.E. Building Service, was selected to participate in the statewide leadership development program Emerging Leaders, a new program by Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin, Inc. with a curriculum craed specifically to identify the top areas of concern that a future construction business leader will need. Herzog also was selected to join ABC's Membership Involvement Committee. Tim Weyenberg, past CEO and current executive chair of the Board of Directors for Foth Companies, has been selected as the first-ever Executive-in- Residence for UW-Green Bay's Austin E. Cofrin School of Business. He will establish an advisory board, advise faculty on curriculum, work one-on-one with students, guest lecture and help with mock interviews. Mark Herzog, president and CEO of Holy Family Memorial, has been named to Becker's Hospital Review's 2015 list of "50 Rural Hospital CEOs to Know." According to Becker's Healthcare, these 50 presidents, CEOs and administrators are dedicated to ensuring innovative healthcare in their communities and are taking on the challenges of providing healthcare in smaller communities. Lisa Palmer, D.O., was named the chief medical officer for the Hemophilia Outreach Center in Green Bay. Dr. Palmer is board certified in pediatric hematology/ oncology and pediatrics and prior to her new position, she worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, served on the faculty of West Virginia University and University of Michigan and was the clinical director of the Comprehensive Pediatric Bleeding Disorders and rombosis Clinic. e Hemophilia Outreach Center is a federally recognized Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Center serving families in 17 counties in Northeast Wisconsin and all of Upper Michigan. Schenck announced the retirement of Wisconsin Air National Guard Technical Sgt. Justin Schneider aer 20 years of military service. Schneider is a manager at Schenck with 12 years of experience providing accounting, audit and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses. e Green Bay Packers named Chad Watson director of sales and business development. Watson joins the Packers with significant professional sports experience, aer spending more than eight years as director of sales and marketing partnerships with the St. Louis Rams. Prior to his time with the Rams, he was director of marketing and corporate sponsorships for the St. Louis Blues.
