Randy Boden was named executive vice president of somerville Inc. Matthew Schachtner was named senior vice president. Earlier in the year, somerville announced the promotions of Todd Kane to senior architectural designer, and Duane Grove to project architect. sentinel structures, Inc. of Peshtigo announced Andreas J. Rhude as president. Rhude will be general manager and have responsibility for all operations of the company. he has been acting general manager since september 2013. First national Bank-Fox Valley announced several new hires: Lori Lewerenz as a mortgage and consumer loan closing specialist; Daniel Salzbrenner as a credit analyst; Marsha Olson as a loan operations manager; Jessica Souther as a teller; and Abby Lenz as a teller. Peter J. Prickett, president/CEO of First national Bank-Fox Valley, neenah, was announced as the 2014-2015 chairman-elect of the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Lawrence University appointed six tenure-track faculty members for the 2014-15 academic year. Each joins the college with the rank of assistant professor: Hillary Caruthers and Jonathan Lhost, economics; Adam Loy, mathematics; Keith Pitts, theatre arts; Lavanya Proctor, anthropology; and Melissa Range, English. Heather Weller, assistant vice president, personal trust service relationship manager with Associated Bank, was awarded the 2014 nancy A. Felhofer Leadership Award from Management Women.
