Bykowski will continue as chairman of sECURA's Board of Directors. Fincantieri Marine group announced Jan Allman joined FMg's subsidiary Marinette Marine Corp. as president, CEO and general manager. Allman previously worked for Ford Motor Corp. Chuck Goddard is being promoted to the position of senior vice president for Washington operations. In his new role, goddard will lead FMg's government business development and capture efforts. UW-green Bay named Gary L. Miller as its sixth chancellor.
