Dr. David Mikolyzk was hired as orthopedic hand surgeon at Prevea St. Mary's Health Center in Green Bay. He will provide hand and wrist surgery and care for patients with carpal tunnel Mikolyzk Sievert syndrome, trigger finger, thumb arthritis and hand and wrist trauma. Consolidated Construction Company added Chris Sievert to the company's project management team. He has been a project manager since 2008. Jackie Olson was hired as accounting assistant with her Lakeland College accounting degree. Karen Kapal was hired as a project assistant. Greg Lemke-Rochon, chief professional officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, received the Horizon Award and the 2013 Midwest Executive of the Year Award as a national member of the Boys & Girls Clubs' The Professional Association. Melissa Babcock was hired as Integrity Insurance's new personal lines underwriting manager. She has been with the company since 2005. Insight Creative hired Shawna Frisque-DuBois as Poole Lemke-Rochon senior account executive with more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience. Insight Creative also hired Jenny Brandenburg as media/ traffic coordinator with more than five years experience as the Oshkosh Northwestern's account relationship specialist. Dr. George Negrete was hired as a ThedaCare general surgery physician at ThedaCare Physicians-Waupaca. He specializes in minimally invasive surgical interventions. Dr. Maria Vandenberg was hired as a physician specializing in obstetrics/ gynecology at the Women's Care of Wisconsin in Appleton. She also will practice at Theda Clark Medical Center and Appleton Medical Center.
