Matt Kasdorf was hired as senior vice president/chief credit officer at The Business Bank in Appleton. He has more than 33 years of banking experience. Associated Bank promoted Julie Heidemann to personal trust administrator. She has 15 years of financial planning experience. Rachel Juley joined the bank as vice president, human resources business partner. Previously, she was a talent acquisition specialist with Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance. Brendan Marston was hired as a branch manager with 15 years of banking and lending experience. Nathan Vanden Branden was hired as vice president, district manager with more than six years of banking experience. Bob Kapla was promoted to senior vice president of the Associated Operations and Technology division. Kapla was an application support manager at School Specialty. Vicki Updike was selected as part of the New North Inc. board of directors. Updike has been president of Miles Kimball, now Silver Star Brands, in Oshkosh since 2010. She also has eight years of experience as Miles Kimball's vice president of marketing. Margaret Farrow, member of Acuity's board of directors and a former lieutenant governor of Wisconsin, won the Margaret Thatcher Award for her contributions, courage and leadership in Wisconsin.
