Karen Besiada-Hansen joined Johnson Insurance Services in Green Bay as an employee benefits producer. She has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry and founded Besiada Health Innovators. Linda Her is the new coordinator of the TRIO program for the Menasha Joint School District. The program is funded by a federal grant and is run out of UW-Fox Valley. She will work with students at Menasha���s Maplewood Middle School and Menasha High School as well as students enrolled at UW-Fox Valley. Allan Degner is the new general manager of Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of the Fox Valley. In his new role, he oversees staff in emergency services for residential and commercial properties, project management, estimating, contents cleaning and operations, including disaster restoration and remodeling. w w w. i n s i g h t o n b u s i n e s s . c o m Degner Olejniczak Tom Olejniczak, managing partner with at Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C. in Green Bay, received the Wisconsin Business Development���s Darwin Nelson Award for his efforts to assist small business and community programs. Four Green Bay attorneys have joined forces to open a new law firm: Lin.Liebmann. Wied LLC. The founding partners of the Allouez-based firm are Evan Lin, Jason Wied, Herbert (Bret) Liebmann IV and Herbert (Bert) Liebmann III. Herbert Liebmann III was a founder of Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry; Wied was general counsel with the Green Bay Packers until January 2012; Lin was a managing shareholder with Stellpflug Law in De Pere and also worked for the Deloitte consulting and accounting firm; and Liebmann IV was a special prosecutor for the Brown County District Attorney���s Office and a small-business owner. Catalpa Health, a newly launched pediatric mental health organization in the Fox Valley, added three members to its management team. Gregory Blume is Catalpa���s Lin Wied clinical manager and will focus on program development, community outreach and clinical best practices. He was most recently a manager at ThedaCare Behavioral Health. Justin Dlugolenski is the manager of finance and operations at Catalpa and will oversee the clinic���s daily operations. He most recently was the manager of clinical operations for Affinity Medical Group. Dr. Mark Rovick is Catalpa���s medical director and specializes in posttraumatic stress disorder, autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric diagnosis and assessment and medication management. He previously was medical director with the Fox Valley Children���s Mental Health Center. Dr. Elizabeth Menzel is now a faculty physician with the University of WisconsinFox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program with privileges at Appleton Medical Center. She is a member of the staff at the UW Health Fox Valley Family Medicine clinic. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and earned her medical degree from the Mayo Medical School in Minnesota.
