Phillips will concentrate on the company's hotel construction projects. Bank of Luxemburg added two new employees to its lending division: Jake Dittmann and Greg Malingowski. H.J. Martin and Son hired Tom Vanden Avond for its warehouse team as a tool room lead. Kondex Corporation promoted Steven Key to business development manager. Key joined Kondex in 2009 as an account manager for various corporate accounts. Scott Oberstadt purchased ownership of Legacy Builders, Larsen, from Dan Kabat. Premier Community Bank promoted nine employees: Robin Kaczmarowski, to senior vice president retail; Jeff Wilke, to vice president/chief credit officer; Jill Breitrick, to vice president operations, compliance, BSA and CRA officer; Gail Bartz, to vice president finance; Julie Steenbock, to Marion branch manager; Casey Gardner, to Waupaca and King assistant branch manager; Gina Patzer, to Shawano assistant branch manager; Amy Steenbock, to assistant customer care team manager; and Jackie Suehring, to cash management officer. Alyssa Brooks joined the board of directors, replacing Fred Laack, who retired aer 25 years. Ed Felchner, who retired from ACUITY in January as vice president-personal lines and marketing, received the E.J. Tapping Lifetime Achievement Award from the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. YMCA of the Fox Cities elected new board members to three-year terms during its annual meeting: Kim Peeters, Joel Zeiner, Travis Froze, Steve Klingemann and Ken Anselment.
