As part of a statewide partnership, New North and each regional organization maintains a commercial and industrial regional site listing of available real estate, and WEDC compiles all listings into a one-stop shop for site selectors to browse. Any broker or site manager can list properties in the database at no cost and listings are available for any web user to view. We are committed to ensuring ease for businesses looking to find real estate solutions in Wisconsin. LocateinWI makes it easy for site selectors to find and choose the right locations for their clients and businesses. This partnership is another tool to attract businesses to Wisconsin. We look forward to continuing to enhance the tool and spur development across Wisconsin. New North's version, located at www.newnorthsites.com, is extensively marketed and actively used. Through various external marketing techniques, more real estate brokers, businesses and site selectors are finding and using the site listings. New North regularly works with brokers to promote listings and to actively attract new prospective businesses. Currently New North hosts 2,841 total properties in its regional database, with 93 active users in Northeast Wisconsin.
