On Broadway Inc. of green Bay announced Larsen green governing Board closed the sale of the southern quarter of the Larsen Green property (formerly the Larsen Canning Co.) to developer DDL Holdings LLC. DDL is poised to develop an expansion of titletown Brewing with a mixed- use development that features office and retail space, an events hall and apartments. DDL is a partnership between titletown Brewing and smet Construction of green Bay and t-Wall Enterprises of Madison. The Docking Station in green Bay and The Avenue HQ in Appleton settled on a reciprocity agreement, allowing members of either space to drop in for free. Co-working spaces like e Docking station and e Avenue hQ are membership-based shared office facilities for individuals, such as freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups and remote workers to rent a desk and have a designated place to work.
