dairy plant, retail store and café, along with a milking parlor with housing for 600 milking goats. Salon Fifty Four, 154 N. Broadway, Green Bay, recently completed a 500-square-foot expansion. Neenah-based Menasha Packaging's Food Packaging facility in Latrobe, Pa., was recognized by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) International for the sixth consecutive year. Passing the audit confirms that a facility has good manufacturing processes in place, and that it can provide clean, food-safe packaging products. Faith Technologies in Menasha recently received the Gold Level Well Workplace Award from the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), and local affiliate Wellness Council of Wisconsin. CitizensFirst Credit Union in Oshkosh has expanded its membership area to include all of Portage, Waupaca, Sheboygan and Green Lake counties. The change follows an amendment to the CitizensFirst charter and was approved by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. AT&T has acquired assets to improve wireless service for customers in Northeast Wisconsin, including 32 cell sites in Brown, Door, Sheboygan, Manitowoc and Kewaunee counties. The addition of these cell sites will add to the network improvements in the area completed in 2012, including the addition of 4G LTE service in Green Bay. Helen's House LLC, formed by Appleton native Christopher Collar as an alternative to nursing home care to the Fox Valley, opened its first private four-bedroom home in Grand Chute in June. Helen's House provides 24hour care and nursing to residents, including to those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
