The Wisconsin Profitable Sustainability Initiative (PSI) is an innovative, three-step approach that helps small and midsize manufacturers focus on improvements in the entire Randy Bertram operation that will result in the greatest ROI and a positive environmental impact. To date, nearly 150 Wisconsin manufacturers have participated in the statewide program, creating an estimated $130 million in economic impact for Wisconsin.
