Patterson received her master's degree in nursing from UW-Oshkosh and has 17 years of experience. Michelle Palubicki has joined Navigator Planning Group in Green Bay as director of marketing. Palubicki was formerly marketing manager at the Green Bay Packers and Wipfli LLP. Dr. Rebecca Buell-Gutbrod joined the medical staff at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center as an associate staff pathologist. Dr. Buell-Gutbrod is certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, and trained in women's health with a special interest in cervical, endometrial and ovarian cancer. Diana Scharine was hired at ThedaCare Physicians-Shawano as a family nurse practitioner in primary care and hospital medicine. She also will practice at Shawano Medical Center. Manitowoc Cranes has named Ingo Schiller as executive vice president for its Manitowoc Crane Care customer support division. Schiller will continue with his current responsibilities as senior vice president of global marketing and product development on an interim basis. Raman Joshi will head Manitowoc Cranes' operations in the Greater AsiaPacific region. Fox Communities Credit Union hired Nancy Kopetsky as a mortgage loan officer. Kopetsky will work from the Wisconsin Avenue branch in Appleton. She has more than 24 years of mortgage lending experience. Clinical psychologist Susan M. Oestreicher was hired at Catalpa Health in Appleton. Oestreicher specializes in mental health evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of children and Scharine Schiller adolescents. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Southern Illinois University. With this addition, Catalpa Health now has six psychologists, two prevention specialists, four psychiatrists and 12 therapists.
