in foc us on the move Copeman Aderhold Bykowski Gross Sieman Peltier Raleigh Paquet {people} Darwin Copeman, president and CEO of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, was recognized by the Women's Jewelry Association (WJA) with its Ben Kaiser Award, which recognizes men who promote the roles of women within the jewelry industry. Jared Ashland was promoted to vice president of information technology at Jewelers Mutual. Ashland has been with the company since 2006. Craig D. Aderhold of Wisconsin Bank & Trust in Green Bay was named executive vice president and senior commercial banker. He will oversee the company's 10 statewide offices. Aderhold was named Financial Services Champion for Wisconsin by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2012. Secura Insurance President and CEO John Bykowski will retire effective July 1, 2014. Bykowski led Secura for 16 years and will continue as chairman of the board after his retirement. Senior Vice President-Underwriting Operations Dave Gross will be appointed president and chief operating officer on Sept. 1. In this capacity, he adds responsibility for claims operations. This promotion positions Gross to become president and CEO effective the day after Bykowski retires. Gross joined Secura in 1997 as vice president-sales. Senior Vice President and CFO Kathryn Sieman will be appointed as executive vice president on Sept. 1. She also will remain CFO and continue to lead the company's finance and information technology areas. Sieman joined Secura in 1992. Susan Peltier was hired as hospitality sales manager at Séura in Green Bay. Peltier previously 52 | Insight • S e p t e m b e r 2 013 worked as a general manager for Western Racquet & Fitness Club and as a design consultant for Murray's Iron Works. Angela Raleigh of Leonard & Finco Public Relations, Inc. was promoted to senior account executive. Raleigh has been with the firm for five years. Kristen Paquet was promoted to senior account executive/social media manager. Paquet has been with the company for six years and is certified in website design development. Raechelle Clemmons was appointed to the National Institute for Technology in Liberal Education advisory board. Clemmons is the vice president and CIO of St. Norbert College. Wipfli LLP named Dan Pichler partner-in-charge of the firm's Green Bay office. Pichler succeeds Ken Krueger, who retired in May after leading the Green Bay office for more than 25 years. The Bemis Company Inc. board of directors elected CEO and President Henry J. Theisen as chairman. Theisen succeeds William J. Bolton, a director since 2000 and chairman since 2011. Bolton will serve until his term expires in 2015. The board also appointed Timothy M. Manganello to serve as the independent lead director. Joe Wolfe is the new CEO of Wisconsin Business Development Finance Corporation, which is based in Madison with Northeast Wisconsin offices in Oshkosh and Green Bay. He previously served as president. He also will continue to be a member of the WBDFC Board of Directors. Dan Schneider was promoted to president and COO. Pam Rich was promoted to executive vice president and CFO. Brian Robinson was hired as the account executive for tower sales at Nsight Telservices in De Pere. Robinson has almost 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Nsight Telservices expanded its business solutions to include tower space and backhaul services earlier this year. Lisa Beaupied-Pum was hired as director of customer care. She has 15 years of leadership experience in information systems and customer support. Carrie Ferrier and Timothy Verhagen of Omnni Associates in Appleton recently earned their Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board. Their work will include transportation planning, traffic signal design and timing, traffic data collection and analysis and construction staging. Keith Keller was hired at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin as the leader of its e-commerce team. Keller has more than 25 years of leadership and product delivery experience.
