A-Mazing Events works closely with New North to build on the successes of previous years and develop a fresh approach to each year's summit. Planning for each year's event starts in January. With the size of the event and the opportunities it offers, she says it takes extensive planning to make each event successful. With a large turnout expected, organizers say they needed to raise the bar by increasing interaction with the audience.
