Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities announced Heidi Zich has been named executive vice president. Zich has worked for the organization, formerly Valley Home Builders Association, since 2001. e group also promoted Megan Schlimm to director of marketing and events and hired Samantha Froehlich as its membership and communications coordinator. Associated Bank's Chris LeFever was promoted to community bank president to lead the bank's commercial banking activities in the Fox Valley. Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin hired Len Severson as trade general manager. Working out of company headquarters in Green Bay, he will run the trade sales team, operations, customer service and the three additional showrooms in Appleton, Brookfield and Madison. e Greater Green Bay Chamber announced Terri Trantow, market president/ private client group managing director for US Bank, as the 2015 recipient of its ATHENA Award. In 2014, she was named one of 26 women out of a workforce of 66,000 to be part of e Women Leaders in Action. Outside the office, Trantow is the incoming chair for the Neville Public Museum Foundation Board, a board member of First Tee, a member of the St. Norbert College Presidents Advisory Board, a member of the Community Advisory Board for St. Vincent Hospital and is vice president of the St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation Board. e Greater Green Bay Chamber also announced Patrick Hopkins of Imaginasium Inc., won the Daniel Whitney Award. Investors Community Bank hired Jim Smidel as an agricultural banking officer. e bank also promoted Robert Seal to business banker and announced Elena Staabs, ag credit analyst II, and Mark Ludtke, ag banking officer, graduated from the Wisconsin Bankers Association Agricultural Lending School. First National Bank-Fox Valley hired Linda Zietlow as a senior relationship banker, Stephanie Miller as customer care manager and Megan Reetz as mortgage processing and underwriting specialist. e bank also promoted Lynn Lang to mortgage operations supervisor and Holly Milhaupt to mortgage processing/underwriting lead. Alliance Manufacturing hired Tim Schilcher as a sales engineer. Two new associates joined Skyline Technologies: Marsha Handrick, senior accountant; and Matt Pluster, managing consultant - business intelligence. Jeffrey A. Medin, has been named the MACC Fund Professor in the department of pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Cherney Microbiological Services, Ltd. hired Nicole Angelucci as a sales representative.
