Company growth and increasing demands for a more collaborative work environment drove the decision to build. e new building will replace the existing 50-year-old building with a more contemporary office structure and is expected to be ready by fall 2016. Vehicle Security Innovators, Green Bay, a provider of locking security products for the freight and cargo industry, has transferred 100 percent ownership of the company and its subsidiaries to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP. e company's current management team will remain in place and no changes to the organizational structure are anticipated. ESOP Partners, an ESOP consulting and administration firm in Appleton, assisted with the sale and will continue to work with the company as an ESOP consultant and third party administrator. Sartori Company announced it donated a total of $25,000 to the MACC fund through its partnership with the Milwaukee Brewers during the 2014 Major League Baseball season. CEO Jim Sartori and his daughter Maria presented the check to the organization, which funds cancer and blood disorder research. First Menasha Bancshares, Inc., the bank holding company for First National Bank-Fox Valley, closed on the sale of about $16.3 million of the company's common stock in a private offering. Shares of First Menasha's common stock were sold at a price of $68.65 per share. e company plans to employ the capital to support the organization's growth and, subject to regulatory approval, to repurchase preferred stock previously issued in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Small Business Lending Fund program. e bank also recently opened its Appleton North branch, constructed by Bomier Properties. Unison Credit Union opened a new location at 900 Main Ave., De Pere. e Advance Business & Manufacturing Center of Green Bay announced Dynamic Internet Marketing graduated from the business incubation program.
