In collaboration with other service providers such as Integrated Community Solutions, American Foundation of Counseling Services, Golden House, Family Services, House of Hope, The Salvation Army and others, Supporting Our Families Together (SOFT) was created. Freedom House is the fiscal agent for the SOFT, a collaborative project effort to help stop chronic homelessness. These families are out of resources with no place to turn.
