Retail and commercial paper products. What do you do there? I lead the Operator Basic Care and equipment reliability initiatives for the Green Bay mills. This role includes transforming the plants' culture to where Operator Technicians act as "owners" of equipment (understanding equipment conditions as well as cleaning, inspecting, lubricating and making simple repairs to maximize uptime and eliminate unplanned events). I also lead and teach Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance concepts for the organization. What kind of education or training do you have? What prepared you for this job? I have a bachelor of science in industrial technology and a master of science in training and organizational development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
