Six other training classes are set to follow this pilot class. PORT OF GREEN BAY RECOGNIZED FOR TONNAGE The St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation has awarded the Port of Green Bay the Robert J. Lewis Pacesetter Award for increasing international tonnage during the 2013 shipping season. This is the port's 11th Pacesetter award and the third consecutive year that the port has been recognized. The port moved 287,072 metric tons of international cargo through the seaway in 2013, an increase of about 120,000 tons from 2012. J&R MACHINE NAMED TOP SHOP IN NATIONAL SURVEY Shawano-based contract manufacturer J&R Machine, Inc. has been named an Honors Program winner in association with Modern Machine Shop magazine's 2014 Top Shops benchmarking survey. The survey, this year taken by 407 North American machine shops, is divided into four primary sections: machining technology, shopfloor practices, business strategy and human resources. J&R Machine was named a winner for shopfloor practices.
