Dr. Phillip Arnold of Ministry Door County Medical Center received the Award of Fellow from the American Osteopathic Academy of sports Medicine (AOAsM). e award recognizes the highest level of experience, dedication, service and contributions to the advancement of sports medicine. Dr. Carol Ott was promoted to interim dean and interim chief nursing administrator for Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW)'s school of nursing. Ott previously was associate dean at the Columbia College school of nursing in Wisconsin. sheboygan County's top young professionals were recognized at the Coastal Connections Making eir Mark Awards ceremony in May. sheboygan County's 2014 top ten Young Professionals are: Kurt Zempel, sheboygan Police Department, who also was named top Young Professional of the Year; Grant Pauly, 3 sheeps Brewing Co., who also was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year; Cameron Bopp, holiday Inn Express – sheboygan-Kohler; Stacy Endl, Kohler Co.; Maggie Marquardt, John Michael Kohler Arts Center; Jessica Muchowski, golden Living Centers; Angelia Neumann, sharon s. Richardson Community hospice; Timothy Saeger, rivent Financial; Michael Trimberger, sheboygan Area school District; and Angela Wessels, Mental health America in sheboygan County. Additionally, Outstanding Member of the Year was awarded to Sarah Schwefel, digital marketing manager at Quantum spatial.
