Bill Kahl was hired as assistant vice president-compliance officer at Choice Bank in Oshkosh. he has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry. e northeast Wisconsin technical College (nWtC) Educational Foundation elected three new board members and three new officers. e board positions were filled at the annual nWtC Educational Foundation Fall Meeting in september. e elected members include Jim Sarkis of Egg harbor, sarkis & Associates Realtors; Daniel Verbanac of De Pere, Integrys Energy services Inc.; and Joelle Draghicchio of suamico, schreiber Foods. e elected officers include Joe Langer, president of schneider national; Cathy A.
