He is involved in sales, leasing, business development and the formation of investment funds. He was previously a vice president of Valley Bancorporation and audit manager with Grant ornton in Madison. Tom Scheuerman Hans Zietlow is director of Real Estate for Kwik Trip, based in LaCrosse. He has helped develop about $200 million in Kwik Trip store projects a year, including 30 stores and expansions. He also develops large retail projects with Northwest Investments, including 150 commercial acres in Rochester, Minn., under development. Hans Zietlow Garritt R. Bader is founder and principal at GB Real Estate Investments, LLC, Green Bay.
