Idea Exchange – Exchanging out-of-the-box ideas on commercial real estate P ete Moegenburg, who leads Moegenburg Research, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm based in Brookfield, WI, will enlist audience participation on a variety of issues, emphasizing space, time, place and connection with others to minimize obstacles in development projects. Moegenburg speaks knowledgably on topics such as multi-family development, collaboration between institutions of higher learning and the private sector, office and industrial development, retail development, alternative sources of capital and more. He will address how colleges and universities in the region have successfully taken the lead to transform their neighborhoods, and how these initiatives present opportunities in the near vicinity for developers, such as retail and multi- family projects. Since 1997, Prickett has been president and CEO of FNB Fox Valley, a $350 million community bank with four Fox Valley locations. With many years of banking management experience in commercial, mortgage and consumer lending, along with experience as a former small business owner, he is knowledgeable about what developers need as they strive to launch and complete projects. Prickett serves as vice chair of the Wisconsin Banker's Association; is the board chair of Clarity Care, Inc.; is a director of CHAMCO, Inc.
