– 4 – W ELCOME TO 2023 MANUFACTURING FIRST Welcome to the 13th annual Manufacturing First Expo & Conference — Wisconsin's largest and most exciting manufacturing showcase! All of us at First Business Bank, Insight Publications, and the NEW Manufacturing Alliance thank you for celebrating Manufacturing Month with us here today. As always, our morning will start with an inspiring keynote speaker. We're delighted to welcome historian and leadership expert Bill Fournet to the main stage at 8 a.m. for his insights on leading through change. The morning session will also include special presentations from our keynote sponsor, Acuity Insurance, as well as presenting sponsor First Business Bank. The exhibit hall opens at 9:30 a.m., and the learning continues throughout the morning with two breakout opportunities (10 a.m., 11:15 a.m.). Make sure to come back to Hall A at noon for lunch, during which we will have two dynamic speakers — St. Norbert College's Ben Fauske and Wipfli's Mo Abuali — on the main stage. After lunch is one more breakout opportunity (1:30-2:15 p.m.), and then the networking begins. Make sure you stay for our networking reception (2:30-4 p.m.) and the chance to win Power Hour prizes.
