Mark Walecka earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, the insurance industry's highest professional certification. He has been with Acuity since 1998. Dr. Jocelyn Moore was hired at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah as a pathologist. Moore earned her medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is also involved in the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology and the College of American Pathologists. Chadd Scott was named director of sales for the Fox Cities Watch Gebert Convention & Visitors Bureau. He has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and management. Randy Boelhower of Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin was named the "Outstanding Achiever for July." Boelhower joined Goodwill in Menasha in 2008 and works in the donations area. Bruce LeNoble was hired as director of IT Operations for Nsight Telservices in De Pere. LeNoble has more than 25 years of IT experience. He previously worked as manager of information technology at CMD Corporation in Appleton. Erica VanBoxtel was hired as account manager at Imaginasium, a marketing firm based in Green Bay. VanBoxtel previously worked at the Green Bay Press-Gazette as magazine coordinator and editor. Jill Last was hired as a project coordinator at Séura in Green Bay. Last previously worked as a meteorologist for the National Weather Service. Dr. Douglas Connor joined ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus at Appleton-Medical Center as a sports medicine physician, specializing in pediatric and adolescent medicine. Dr. Connor Emerick Hirt earned his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and received a pediatric sports medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Jack Rhodes became the new board chair for the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. Rhodes is a retired college administrator of Miami University of Ohio and a civic leader in Waupaca, where he founded the Waupaca Area Community Foundation. He previously served on the board of Fox Valley Technical College. Jon J. Syndergaard joined Cerebral Palsy, Inc. of Green Bay as executive director. Syndergaard has more than 18 years of nonprofit executive leadership experience. He most recently worked as executive director/ CEO of Integrated Community Solutions in Green Bay. Joel Matthies was promoted to senior vice president of personal lines at Jewelers Mutual Insurance of Neenah. Matthies previously worked as the company's CIO.
