3 Jim Kotek President and Chief Executive Officer Menasha Corporation At the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, we assembled a Pandemic Task Force that quickly developed new detailed procedures and protocols to protect workers at our 112 locations. Employees whose jobs could be done remotely began to work from home. For those on the frontlines in our plants and service centers, we significantly enhanced our already robust sanitation and protective equipment protocols and implemented strict physical distancing and wellness checks. We also put in place a paid sick leave policy related to COVID-19 to support employees who test positive, have symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who was diagnosed. Our task force and employees continue to work diligently today to manage the dynamic situation, protect employees, and meet business commitments. SERVING OUR CUSTOMERS Our customers are our partners. Our design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services are backed by decades of Menasha Corporation's customer-centric value system. Our support and commit- ment to remain in operation and to provide what they need, when they need it, are built into our company's DNA and have never been more relied upon than during the pandemic. MANAGING THE COMPANY FOR THE LONG TERM We are able to make bold decisions and address immediate needs because we have been and will continue to manage our company for the long term. We are not focused on short-term financial performance as a top priority, and we will not compromise quality or take shortcuts as we serve customers. And, responsible and ethical actions continue to guide our daily interactions with all of our stakeholders. We could not have anticipated COVID-19 and the impacts it would have on our businesses, our customers' businesses, and society, but I believe the true strength of a company is evident during challenging times.
