ABOUT THIS REPORT Our approach to corporate responsibility includes implementing and engaging in activities that improve economic value, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. We collaborate with our stakeholders—employees, customers, suppliers, communities, shareholders—to drive value and create a sustainable future. This report has been prepared using the framework of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards as a guide. GRI is a leading organization in the sustainability field whose disclosure platform is widely used around the world. Its guidelines enable organizations to set sustainability goals, measure performance and manage change. Our reporting was guided by the fourth generation of GRI Reporting Guidelines. While our report primarily covers calendar year 2019, it also includes developments from the first half of 2020. Materiality In determining materiality, we assessed each important GRI indicator (indexed on page 45) and focused on topics that align with the company's mission, vision, values and strategy, and we identified items that affect our stakeholders and our business. These material topics serve as the foundation of the three sections of our Corporate Social Responsibility Report, and our results represent Menasha Corporation and our two business units: Menasha Packaging Company LLC and ORBIS Corporation. It contains data gathered for 2019 and 2020. COVID-19 Menasha Corporation's health and safety protocols include wearing a cloth face mask when in common areas and in work stations where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
