She is also the executive director and past president and board member of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) as well as an associate with Key Commercial Real Estate. Fish currently serves on the board of the International Economic Development Council and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) through the International Economic Development Association.
