The Green Bay telecom firm plans to use the cash to: accelerate the build-out of its 4G LTE network in its Wisconsin operating territory; expand the company's fiber network to serve more customers; and expand the company's network of cell towers to better serve carriers and customers throughout Cellcom's territory.
