ENTERPRISING NONPROFITS IS AN APPROVED CFRE PROGRAM Full participation in Enterprising NONPROFITS is applicable for points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification. Participation in Enterprising NONPROFITS may assist you in learning or reviewing concepts covered on the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) examination as detailed on the Test Content Outline provided by CFRE International. CFRE International does not sponsor or endorse any educational programs and Enterprising NONPROFITS was not developed in conjunction with CFRE International. LOCAL RESOURCE CONTINUING EDUCATION The Volunteer Center connects volunteers to community needs in the Fox Cities region through outreach and education. We advance civic responsibility as well as individual values such as growth, learning, health, wellness, and pride by connecting those in need with those who are willing to give. Our Volunteer Center is part of a network in Wisconsin that works to connect, educate, impact and inspire our communities into action. We look forward to continuing to assist nonprofit partners in building capacity for effective local nonprofit programs throughout the year. Earlier this year we engaged in a strategic planning process and as a result will soon rebrand to "Volunteer Fox Cities." The new modern name symbolizes a progressive way for us to continue sharing our mission of making volunteer connections for years to come. Nonprofits can list their board and committee volunteer needs at www.volunteercenter.net.
