CORRECTION:
In the December issue of Insight, a source was quoted
regarding downtown parking in Appleton. For the record,
properties zoned Central Business District (CBD) do not
require provisions for off-street parking and loading; there
are no minimum requirements for parking downtown,
according to Karen Harkness, director of Community and
Economic Development for the City of Appleton.
