First Business Bank in Appleton added Kim Bassett-Heitzmann, Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Appleton, is the new chairwoman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Board of Directors. Mae Ibe of the Fox Cities CHAPS as an intern in 2009 and is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh. Ryan Kauth is the new director of development and communications for CHAPS, a Shiocton-based non-profit organization that helps children through equine-assisted psychotherapy and creative counseling methods. She previously was the program's operations team lead. She joined Convention & Visitors Bureau was selected to the Wisconsin Chapter of Meeting Professionals International Hall of Fame. Erin Wilkum is the new director of UW-Green Bay's Small Business Development Center. He most recently was an assistant vice president and business development officer for First Bank Financial Centre, an Oconomowoc-based bank specializing in Small Business Administration loans. Dr. Mokenge Malafa and Scott Wochos have joined the UW-Green Bay Foundation Board of Directors. Both are graduates of the college. Malafa is affiliated with the Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute at the University of South Florida and Wochos is senior vice president of Green Bay Packaging.
