Withbroe has been chief operating officer for the past four years and now assumes the role of president as well. He has been a Tweet/Garot employee since 1977. Dan Ariens, president of Ariens BayCare Clinic of Green Bay named Chris Augustian as its new CEO. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Company in Brillion, has been named chairman of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute for the 2012-13 year. This is Ariens' second term as chairman. Unity of Green Bay hired Ray Gerke Alisa Gerke as its new executive director. Gerke has more than 20 years of experience in the health care field. Moraine Park Technical Ruhland the Fox Valley Region (BBBS) appointed its new executive director, Greg Woller. Wausaukee Composites Dempsey Law Firm, LLP, Oshkosh, as an associate and has a general practice with emphasis in civil litigation, business and commercial law, organizations, personal injury and labor and employment law. New officers and members Incorporated appointed David Pfahl as its corporate director of supply chain/purchasing. Pfahl has more than 20 years of sourcing, manufacturing and management experience. The Heart of the Valley Hill College President Sheila Ruhland will represent Moraine Park at the state level with her recent appointment to the State of Wisconsin Joint Legislative Council. The Council's primary responsibility is to establish study committees to examine major issues and problems identified by the Legislature. Ruhland will serve as a Public Member of the Special Committee on Improving Educational Opportunities in High School. Business Lending Group, RobertsonBrennan King LLC of Oshkosh, in partnership with CitizensFirst Credit Union, hired John Hill as vice president of commercial lending.
