FIGHT POVERTY
Since 1986, U.S. Venture has been bringing together thousands of
golfers, donors, volunteers, vendors, foundations and nonprofits
through its U.S. Venture Open. This premier, philanthropic event
benefits the Basic Needs Giving Partnership, which funds innovative
solutions to address the root causes of poverty in Northeast Wisconsin.
Three area community foundations partner, invest, manage and lead volunteer grant
teams in awarding funds to nonprofit collaborations.
Nonprofits collaborate and think outside the box providing creative solutions to fighting poverty
at its roots—helping people gain self-sufficiency in Northeast Wisconsin.
