Fox Valley Food Truck Rally kicked off its 2016 season April 30 with a special
event at Memorial Park in Appleton.
Vendors such as Tamara's the Cake Guru and Kona Ice were among those
distributing treats to visitors of all ages at the kick-off event. e group held
two additional events in May and has six traditional evening rallies planned
through the end of August, rotating between Pierce Park in Appleton and
Jefferson Park in Menasha.
e remaining rallies are: June 7, Jefferson Park; June 16, Pierce Park; July
12, Jefferson Park; July 21, Pierce Park; Aug. 9, Jefferson Park; and Aug. 25,
Pierce Park. e rallies run 4 to 8 p.m.
