ON THE MOVE { P E O P L E } IN FOCUS Luck Skyline Technologies in Green Bay added Ed Luck as a managing consultant for the enterprise portals team and Angie Hiltunen as human resources manager. Luck comes to Skyline with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining Skyline, Hiltunen was corporate HR director at School Specialty. Acuity promoted Mike Thill Ray Hiltunen to team manager-information systems and Alissa Burgos, Christin Buzaitis, Doug DuMonthier, Jason Grunewald and Michelle Krahn to senior commercial underwriters. Penny Schampers joined the Thill an architect. He focuses on health care and municipal design. Kelly J. Franz, an administrator and accountant with 25 years of higher education experience with the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay and the UW System, was appointed vice chancellor for business and finance at UW-Green Bay. He has served as UW-Green Bay controller since 2006. Top Floor Technologies added Clay Konnor as the new director of interactive design. Dr. R.J. Legreid II joined staff of Cerebral Palsy Inc. in Green Bay as the controller. Miron Construction Co. Mary Downs is the new system promoted Edward Lamm and Eric Wagner. Lamm was named vice president of undergraduate and graduate enrollment and Wagner was named associate director of admissions. Lamm has been with St. Norbert for three years while Wagner has been with the college for five years. Shirley Triest-Robertson, an advance practice palliative care nurse for St. Mary's and St. Vincent Hospitals in Green Bay, received the 2011 American Journal of Nursing Book of the Year Award for a manual she vice president for ThedaCare's Spine and Orthopedic business lines. Downs spent the past three years as executive director of ThedaCare Behavioral Health. In her new role, Downs will provide strategic and customer- focused leadership of the spine and orthopedic business lines. She will also oversee operations of ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus. Before joining ThedaCare, Downs worked at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for 22 years in a variety of roles. ThedaCare appointed Maryjeanne Schaffmeyer to chief operating officer of its Hospitals, Transitions of Care and Home division. She oversees Appleton Medical Center, Theda Clark Medical Center, ThedaCare At Home and the Heritage and Peabody Manor communities. Schaffmeyer previously served as vice president of operations for Appleton Medical Center.
